As facials involve exfoliating the skin, it’s important to ensure your skin is properly prepped for treatment.
Please note that we cannot perform treatments on areas affected by cuts, rashes, sunburns, allergic reactions, cold sores, warts, cancer, or any other conditions that may interfere with a safe and effective service. If you have any doubts about whether a current condition might affect your treatment, please don’t hesitate to give us a call for clarification.
Prior your treatment, we will send several forms to the phone number you provided at the time of booking. To maximize your appointment time, please complete these forms before to arriving for your visit.
As you enter the building, our reception area will be located to your left. Feel free to take a seat and relax while you wait for your esthetician to welcome you.
Once you’re taken to the treatment room, your licensed aesthetician will review your completed intake forms. They may ask additional questions to clarify your responses and ensure that the treatment you booked aligns with your skin health and goals. After confirming that the facial is suitable for you, the aesthetician will explain the procedure in detail, so you know exactly what to expect. You’ll have plenty of time during this discussion to ask any questions you may have.
Your service provider will step out to give you privacy to undress to your comfort level. Most clients choose to remove their shirt and bra so that the facial can extend to the décolleté area, but the decision is entirely yours. If you choose to remove your top, your aesthetician will provide a wrap for you to cover the upper half of your body.
This is YOUR treatment, and we understand that relaxation means different things to different people. Whether you prefer a peaceful silence or engaging conversation, your provider will be more than happy to accommodate your preferences.
After your treatment is complete, your skincare professional will review all post-care instructions to ensure everything is clear, including recommendations such as avoiding workouts and makeup for the rest of the day. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have during this time.
Once you’ve settled the payment for your service, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule your next treatment.
